Valley Insurance Group is looking for an experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join our team and add value to our growing client base. We work with a variety of accounts, but the largest part of our existing book of business is Franchised Auto Dealerships.

We offer a comfortable hybrid schedule which includes working remotely 3 days a week along with 100% employer paid benefits. Position Summary for Commercial Lines Account Manager:

• Manage an assigned book of business while expanding and solidifying relationships with clients
• May support an Account Executive and is first line of contact when the Account Executive is not available.
• Communicate changes or adjustments in policies to clients
• Responsible for day-to-day account management for medium size client accounts
• Forward all filed claims to the appropriate department for handling and investigation
• Offer information about quotes to prospective customers.
• Manage and protect the reputation of the company
• Maintain strong relationships with customers
• Provide technical support to Account Executives
• Complete and submit new /renewal applications
• Complete certificates of insurance and issue bonds
• Process renewals in coordination with the Account Executive

Requirements – Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities for the Commercial Lines Account Manager:

• Commercial Experience Preferred
• Applied Systems EPIC experience a preferred
• Ability to multi-task.
• Be a team player
• Current Insurance Property and Casualty License required
• Microsoft Excel – Intermediate Level a plus
• Garage Liability experience is a plus but not necessary

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,474.00 - $73,293.00 per year
